Verb - To follow random people on Twitter with the hopes of them following you back. Once the victim's follow is obtained, they are systematically unfollowed. The practice of praying on people's follow back tendencies on Twitter to acquire a new follower and keep the amount of people you are following at a lower number in some feeble attempt to seem cooler than you are or have more Twitter juice than you do. It's a dick move, short and simple.
