A child or young adult who has little to no respect for their elders. Who decieves an adult in order achieve getting his or her own way. To draw attention to ones self with the intent of taking any attention off of someone else while they are currently engaged in conversation or activity or otherwise occupied by something, or someone, other than the attention seeker. or to draw attention to themselves. The equivalent of calling an adult an ass hole.’ -REFERENCE- (The little pebbles of shit that are typically created when going to the bathroom due to dehydration or constipation.
