trigglypuff
In short: A living, breathing meme that perfectly represents the problem with progressive professors indoctrinating their millennial students. The name comes from a mixture of triggered and Jigglypuff. Detailed: On April 25th, 2016, A panel was held at UMass Amherst called "The Triggering: Has Political Correctness Gone Too Far?" Steven Crowder, Milo Yiannopoulos, and Christina Hoff Sommers were the speakers. While Sommers was trying to speak, a young woman (trigglypuff), continued to scream curse words and tell the speakers to leave the campus. After being interrupted several times, Sommers spoke down to the hecklers. Triggly was not having any of that and demanded Sommers stop talking to them like children. To which Sommers replied "then stop acting like a child." While the young woman shouted and cursed for nearly the entire 90 minutes of the event, along with several others, it was her few minutes of shouting while Sommers was at the mic that has since gone viral. News outlets around the globe have written articles about her, wondering what in the name of sanity is happening to Western universities.
