A person who has no shame. Someone who seems as if he is blind to the opposite sexes obvious flaws, whether they be fat, diseased, 15 or even have their period. Pulling a "Tim Rowe" is frowned upon in society, as it is utterly fucked. Although, this person is looked up to by his peers, as they see him as a model figure for the male kind.
