Thumbpulling Mug
THUMBPULLING - This is the act of pulling your "palate" apart by placing your thumbs into the 2 sides of your palate in order to widen the "Maxilla", trying to replicate the effects of a "Palate Expander" in order to become a highly attractive individual. Some even try to push outwards and forward in order to gain "forward growth of the Maxilla". This was popularized by the one and only Oscar Patel, who also added on "chin tucking" while doing it to increase the pressure. Many people online have proven this method wrong, as to mimic a palate expander, you would need to do it really hard for a prolonged period of time, and need to be young, way longer than the advertised seconds and minutes that Oscar Patel and many creators mentioned.

Your description is right on, except in 1989 I named my daughter Kallen Mikel (www.kallenmikel.com/original-art). I thought I made up the name, but apparently, it originated as a boy's name in Greek and Hebrew. I first found this out in 2001 when I was traveling to Finland. In the 'tube food' section in a big Finnish supermarket there it was, a royal blue tube of salmon paste with a blonde-haired boy named Kallen! So now I have discovered that there are many Kallen's of both sexes. I want to buy her a cup, but it has 'him' on it. Is there any way you can make that a unisex description for both sexes? Just askin'. Being a Barbara (Barbs) myself ... a 'cake eater' from Edina, MN I had to ask ... haha ;-)
