Thugable
A young, usually white suburban teen or college male who dresses and acts like an urban street thug but is not. Often seen with groups of young girls all wearing Uggs hanging out at the mall. Also refers to any thing that attempts to be "street" but fails, such as an article of clothing or a "pimped out" car.
