Population includes several nerds, losers, and geeks, but also some jocks, like any ordinary school. Contrary to popular belief, the vast majority of the population has a social life, and actually find it necessary to interact with others on a daily basis. The Aud Lob and the swimming pool on the 3rd floor tend to be the top hangouts of this educational oasis where freshmen take technology/engineering rather than world history. Also tends to produce various stereotypical thoughts such as a nerd school or one filled with students with no life or 6 hours of homework a night or a place with no alcohol or drugs or a school that performs terribly at sports or students that sleep with their TI-84 Plus Silver Edition calculators at night. However, only a few of these stereotypes are truthful, while most are simply urban legends created by people who were upset because they applied and did not get in. Some, however, are true:

This cute mug reminded me of a quote from an obscure biography I found quite by accident in a tiny hole-in-the-wall 2nd hand shop in Portland, ME in 1987: 'The Life and Times of Lazarus of Bethany'. Quote: " We are all walking wounded held together by the scars of our forbearance and the charity of our sisters and brothers." Truer words have never been said.

What's funny is the saying that everyone searched for is the one that popped up on the cup. So all the weird gross sayings that people are commenting on are completely out of context to everyone seeing their comment.
