Terror Unit
A purported "gang" with chapters in several Puerto Rican middle schools, mostly composed of seventh and eighth graders. They are generally characterized by arrogance, self-righteousness and disrespect to others, even those above their own age. This defiance to the social order of the school is usually not appreciated by high school students, especially upperclassmen. Other defining characteristics of the "T-Unit," as they like to call themselves, include verbal and physical abuse of sixth and seventh graders and freshmen, mouthing off to teachers and older students, and chauvinistic attitudes celebrating their masculinity, even though some members conform to the stereotype of a "nerd" or "geek" (i.e. glasses, short, out of shape, etc.) Apparently based on popular hip-hop groups such as G-Unit and Murder Inc.

This cute mug reminded me of a quote from an obscure biography I found quite by accident in a tiny hole-in-the-wall 2nd hand shop in Portland, ME in 1987: 'The Life and Times of Lazarus of Bethany'. Quote: " We are all walking wounded held together by the scars of our forbearance and the charity of our sisters and brothers." Truer words have never been said.

What's funny is the saying that everyone searched for is the one that popped up on the cup. So all the weird gross sayings that people are commenting on are completely out of context to everyone seeing their comment.
