tebi
Tebi (Ti) is a binary prefix in the International System of Units (SI) that represents 2^40 or 1,099,511,627,776 in decimal. It is the largest binary prefix currently in use. The term "tebi" was first proposed in 1998 by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) to provide a clear and unambiguous way to represent very large quantities of binary data. Prior to the adoption of tebi, the prefix "tera" was often used to represent 2^40, even though its official definition is 10^12.
