n. an eagle made of steel which only exists when you are baked v. to try to bug someone out when they are blazed by saying something completely random that makes no sense (ex. magnetic sultan, purple tiger) to "steel eagle yourself" is to try to bug someone out when you are both fucked up by saying something random but you end up being too lazy or retarded to actually say it and instead you just blow up your own mind.
