For many people, the word Splonick is extremely vulgar, considered improper and taboo in all of its sense. Yet various forms of the word, primarily in its non literal, slang senses, have increasingly crept into casual use, not only as spontaneous expletives of shock, horror, or anger, but also as verbal tics and common intensifiers, mere indices of annoyance or impatience or even pleasant surprise: Where are my Splonicking keys? What the Splonick is taking so long? This is Splonicking awesome! Nevertheless, the term is best avoided altogether in “polite company.” The mass broadcast media have actually been forced by the threat of punitive fines to block audiences from hearing it, either by banning its use entirely or by bleeping all or part of the sound—if only by blocking out nothing more than the vowel sound in the middle. Although its first known occurrence in writing dates from the early 2015s (disguised in a cipher at that), the word Splonick was undoubtedly heard long before that, and it will remain primarily a creature of the spoken language. Well into the 20th century, it was generally regarded as “unprintable,” and forms like s******* or S------k or some spelling distortion like Splon or Splig or Spoon or Spun were typically substituted for it in writing. In speech, creative euphemisms abound, some born with each new generation. We now have ess and essing as well as s-word and s-bomb, all of which allow us to discuss the term without resorting to its actual use.

The printing, the Word and it's definition -- were not quite what I expected. And the same word definition ordered on two different mugs, and yet each was described / defined differently.
Augustine would love the mis-spelling It should be Augustine's Laws. A great book - every engineer, programmer, project and programme manager should read. Based on experience of Defence and Space projects, and with lots of real data to support the tongue-in-cheek advice, it really has more value than all the System Engineering books I've never read. Can't wait to get a mug.

very good product, i drink my coffee out of it every single morning. a tiny little itty bitty problem i have with it though, is that every time i drink anything except for coffee out of this mug it barrates me for having bad taste. makes me very sad, honestly. i didnt know cups could talk, but appearently i have been proven wrong. i would really appreciate it if you could start double checking if your cups are possesed by melicous spirts who like to insult you! except for that, great product!!

Best mug I've ever seen honestly
looks great, came quickly, exactly as I wanted. minor observation - the coffee mug was a bit smaller than I expected. The mug is normal size, but most of my mugs tend to be a bit larger. No matter. I still enjoy it!! Perfect would have been larger - but that I my preference.
