A Smiler is a true Miley fan. They truly support her and don't like her just for her music & acting but the person that she actually is. There are two types of Smilers. Hardcore and Crazy. There is a difference between the two. Harcores are the ones who really love Miley and support her as she is their idol. Crazy are the ones who are too obsessed (normally because the have an issue with obsessions) and would kill themselves for Miley which isn't good....
