When you listen to a slayer album you should be able to bang your head just about non stop start to finish with only minor changes in tempo. Slayer fans are the most devoted thrash fans on Earth. Slayer fans are nuts. They carve 'Slayer' into their own backs to pledge allegiance. Slayer have not sold out and still hold true to their high-intensity thrash roots. If an alien came to Earth and said 'GIVE ME METAL', I would give them the album Reign In Blood, or Show No Mercy. No other band would suffice.
