The word is derived from the sound "screech" often made by cats. Cats, also referred to as pussies, are urban metaphors for women. Thus, some claim that "skee" is a reference to hoes. Of course, such a claim is ridiculous. The word "skee" is never used as a noun, and only as an interjection or a sound effect. Words that are used in a similar manner are Yo!, OKAYYY!, Uhhn!, and Yeah!
