Sigma Build
A "Sigma build" more typically refers to some kind of archetype person, a sort frequently characterized in terms of characteristic physical and style features. An adjective used often, half in humor or half in contempt, to refer sometimes to an obese woman or man who has the typical distinctive look somewhat disheveled. Individuals who belong to this group generally wear worn-out sports wear, such as running shoes with black tops and white bottoms, oversized or ill-fitting basketball shorts—or shorts in general—, and large, faded t-shirts that are generally stretched out, frayed, or appear to be years old. Their grooming is generally bad, with a long, unkempt beard, dry skin, and noticeable dandruff. Their hair tends to be long and unwashed, sometimes greasy or puffy, adding to the overall unkept appearance. In terms of hygiene, they might not apply deodorant at all or use it sparingly, often opting for spray-on types or even specialty products like Native. The total of these traits helps create an image of a person who does not care about grooming norms but is instead accepting of the so-called "Sigma build."

This cute mug reminded me of a quote from an obscure biography I found quite by accident in a tiny hole-in-the-wall 2nd hand shop in Portland, ME in 1987: 'The Life and Times of Lazarus of Bethany'.
