Shinx
1. Poke'mon number 403 on the Sinnoh Poke'dex. Evolves into Luxio, who in turn evolves into Luxray. Shinx is the low level electric type of the Diamond and Pearl Poke'mon games for DS, the equivalent of Pikachu in R/B/G/Y/FR/LG, Mareep in G/S/C, and Elektrike in R/S/E. Shinx is statistically, the worst. It has high attack and low special attack, making its electric attacks weak. Even with a Same Type Attack Bonus (STAB) it rarely is able to accumulate much damage. The only STAB attack it learns that actually makes use of it's high attack is a new move called Thunder Fang, which it dosn't learn till level 33. 2. The word Shinx is also used somtimes used in a way akin to the term 'noob', though this deffinition is not outlandishly popular. Wether or not this use originated from the pokemon is unknown.

Your description is right on, except in 1989 I named my daughter Kallen Mikel (www.kallenmikel.com/original-art). I thought I made up the name, but apparently, it originated as a boy's name in Greek and Hebrew. I first found this out in 2001 when I was traveling to Finland. In the 'tube food' section in a big Finnish supermarket there it was, a royal blue tube of salmon paste with a blonde-haired boy named Kallen! So now I have discovered that there are many Kallen's of both sexes. I want to buy her a cup, but it has 'him' on it. Is there any way you can make that a unisex description for both sexes? Just askin'. Being a Barbara (Barbs) myself ... a 'cake eater' from Edina, MN I had to ask ... haha ;-)
