(noun): 1. The law that is imposed upon everyone once 2:00 A.M. has arrived but is only imposed after someone yells it to the group at hand. Which then, after the law has been stated, the group (or person, if said person states it upon his or herself) must stay up for the rest of the night and long into the next day, no matter what (unless a person can provide a legitimate reason as to why they need sleep that particular night).
