Shelby is a redneck lady at popeyes every Tuesday speaking to the manager about they only have her 1 sauce, Drives a school bus but can barely drive let alone see over the dashboard due to how short she is, Shelby's favorite thing to do is pull over the school bus while she is driving so annoy that the 2 girls sitting in the back that do absolutely nothing to her, Shelbys are highly annoying and quite frankly not worth your time to get to know, stay away from them as much as possible or you'll contract the shelby.
