It has happened on rare occasions, that Bob, has awarded this highly respected award to a single pair of balls in one evening. A teriffic sidenote, (that you can brag to your friends about), is the fact that in the center of the seal, is a picture of Bob's balls, smothered in coconut juice (the preferred method of lubrication before vigorous ball licking).
