A person whose sexual interests or behaviors are viewed as either extreme or outside the subjective norms of the person making the reference. Usually a pejorative label used to express disapproval of a perceived sexual interest of another. Can be used in slang as a synonym for for slutty or a horny person. Or simply someone with a large sexual appetite.
