Serotonin, also known as the "feel good hormone" is a neurotransmitter known for boosting your mood. To boost your serotonin levels, eat foods like chicken, cheese, beans and bananas. Also get enough carbohydrates. You may want to sit out in the sun as Vitamin D helps maintain a sufficient quantity of serotonin levels.

Great as a little joke gift! But a little on the pricey side for a coffee mug. If I didn’t love the person as much as I do, I would probably never spend that amount on a normal coffee cup.

Bought this without checking the back for my 12 year old cousin's birthday who adores trains! He's a lil autistic.
