i mean, basically, its like another term for a dickwad. however, it can also mean a very attractive woman, usually standing alone in the corner, looking very hopeless, but ready for some "schving a la mode", or as some would say, sex. its roots date back to a warm friday night in southern california. some moron wouldnt pay for fantasy football and an associate of that moron called him drunk one night and called him a dickwad schving.
