Prepare the Filling: • Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and sauté onions until golden. • Add ginger-garlic paste, then mashed potatoes, peas, and spices. Stir well. • Add cilantro and lemon juice. Mix and let cool. 3. Shape the Samosas: • Divide dough into small balls and roll each into a thin oval. • Cut in half, fold into a cone, and seal with water. • Fill with the potato mixture and seal the edges tightly. 4. Fry the Samosas: • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. • Fry samosas until golden brown and crispy. • Drain excess oil on paper towels. 5. Serve: • Enjoy hot with mint chutney or tamarind sauce!
