A salad dick is when you have cheated on your wife/girlfriend, she then cuts tour dick off then you rush to hospital to get it sewn back on, Once it has been sewn back on successfully sewn back on, your wife/girlfriend will come visit you whilst your in hospital. She will then cut your dick of again and throw it out of the hospital window so you are unable to sew it back on, then you immediately grab abit of celery and draw a japsye on the end of it with specificly a second hand black sharpie pen and then violently fuck your wife/girlfriend with it until she vomits mixed vegetables.
