A rutcacus is a legendary wrestling move in which the performer takes their index finger and their middle finger and sticks them up the nostrils of their opponent in a fight to hopefully paralyze them. This is one of the most legendary wrestling moves of all time if preformed right, but it only works if the person preforming the rutcacus has the intent of shmurdering their opponents mental health.
