Roswell
1. An incident in New Mexico in 1947 that was supposedly wreckage from a crashed flying saucer. Later explained by the government to be a weather balloon, the Roswell incident has become a holy grail of sorts for conspiracy theories and ufologists. In the 70s, "evidence" surfaced that there were bodies recovered, even though witnesses to the original incident made no mention of bodies. 2. A really bad WB show about alien teenagers, and their efforts to fit in with the typical, immature high school community.
