The anime is a translation of the manga and the company who produces the anime is Gonzo, who are sponsored by Capcom It also has a Manga by the name of Rosario + Vampire. the first part of the manga ran from October 2007 to June 2008. The second part Rosario + VampireII is an ongoing series that is still running from June 2008 until now (august 2009).
