A term similar in form to that of "shitfaced." Riley faced is a broad term that describes the ultimate of pricks. To be called riley faced, or referred to as riley faced, one must meet a few criteria: 1. One who is riley faced has horrible, pustular acne, similar to the acne that Riley has. 2. One who is riley faced is an xenophobe (hater of foreigners). 3. One who is riley faced must be a hardcore conservative bastard. 4. Finally, one who is riley faced cannot back up any of his broad, offensive viewpoints. The riley faced asses of our world can be observed in nearly every social mileu, and cause a general consternation to everyone in their vicinity.
