When a "city boy" wearing wranglers and boots takes his truck, usually a lifted Chevrolet, and hits water puddles in the Walmart parking lot after a rain storm, really fast so it splashes dirty water on the side of his truck so it looks like he went mudding. Can also be seen in the woods on a Honda atv doing the same thing.
