(Latin term: to suck at every and anything) The Car Guy definition: Mostly a non-car guy, who only got his "tuner inspiration" from fast & furious 1 - 4, and has form over function; to make a car LOOK faster than it truely is. Even though he has visuals mods (spoiler/wing, exhaust, bodykit, etc), they do not function properly, especially when their car is slower and have terrible aerodynamics than what is expected. And even when they do talk with Tuners and Sleepers, they have no knowledge at least on how to tune their car, making an embarrassment of their conversation. *They don't need to necessarily keep on getting bullied for being a ricer, but just help them go on the right path of being an official, proper Tuner*
