This obscure reference refers to the eating of (at least) two corndogs in one sitting. The etymology breakdown is somewhat apocryphal, but essentially is from the latin 'evictus', which has one of the meanings of 'overcome and expel'. I was really excited to receive this mug and when it did come it was perfect quality. My only complaint is that the color I choose was green teal but it came in yellow.
