Of the Harry Potter fandom. Death Eater, formerly. Brother of (disowned) Sirius Black. Son of Orion and Walburga Black. Pure-blood. Seeker for the Slytherin house quidditch team during his time at Hogwarts. Accepted the Dark Mark at the age of 16, died two years afterward in the cave with the emerald green potion. Kind to house elves, but apparently not well-liked. His family were all dead as well before his attempt to foil the Dark Lord was revealed. (Sadly, it was a wasted effort.)
