Refirement: When your employer is so tired of dealing with an employee they escort the employee from the property in front of their peers and permanently ban the employee from ever returning to the property. Additionally, the employer is more than willing to provide a lump sum settlement to simply never have to see/deal with the employee again. This is often seen in government positions since they are using tax payers funds. The traditional end of career celebrations are not held and gold watches are not given. “Refired” employees typically have no friends in the workplace and are hated their fellow employees. This often leads to all other employees celebrating like the monks celebrating when Ace Ventura exited the monastery in “Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls”
The Urban Dictionary Mug
This was sent as a gift to my grandson, who lives in another state, so I never saw it. However I asked him as follows: "Just checking ... their request for a review shows an aquamarine mug ... it was supposed to be purple (eggplant, they called it). Was it purple?" Then he said: "It was purple! And thank you I love it haha Sent from my iPhone"

The "Pink Flamingo" colour with white text on a pink background is the best selection for this fine phrase mug. May I suggest you also correct the misspelling of "delightfully" in the default option for a timeless gift.
