In Greek mythology, R(h)ea is the mother of Zeus and the other gods of Olympus. In real life, Rea refers to people who have grown to accept the vileness in life, but at the same time fervently affirm the wonder that it is. They will not force this premise on you, they will not preach it to you, but they will gently model it for you, like loving parents pass on the zest for life to their child through eyes that sparkle with gaiety and heartfelt gratitude - it will be indulgent and still , but constant and full of love.
