It was used to describe current Portland Trailblazers General Manager Kevin Pritchard's incredible tenure with the Trailblazers organization that began with his infusion of a positive culture into a franchise in dire need of a positive identity, His selection of the Rookie of the year, Brandon Roy, and has culminated in the top selection for the 2007 NBA Draft. The word is a clever adaptation of the common prase "bitch-slapped"
