A person who is completely and utterly EVIL. Usually wealthier than the average peon, and just plain old annoying and mean. They are usually considered the "popular" group and everyone hates them because they're always fake. They talk about everybody, even their own friends. Most likely, preps are the ones making fun of the "scenes", "emos", "indies", "hipsters", and everyone who's NOT a prep. I've never met a "good" prep in my entire life.
