Derived from the Batman series on TV ... remember how when somebody got there ASS kicked or teeth knocked out by BATMAN or ROBIN ... various words (such as Poweee!) would pop-up on the screen? an acknowledgement by person 1 to person 2 that person 2 just got screwed, bent over, ripped off, taken advantage of,dissed, told off, humiliated, written up by superior, etc... kind of like a "in your face" bitch ... you just got busted... hee,hee,hee. similar to the chanting of the crowd when someone commits a costly foul, "YOU-YOU-YOU"... if timed perfectly... this can be a rather devastating tactic against someone you enjoy to f_ _ _ _ with and/or don't care two shits about.
