When a normal song is playing and all of a sudden, Pitbull starts rapping out of nowhere. The most egregious example is DJ Got US Fallin In Love by Usher. It can also be used to describe other rappers who start rapping out of nowhere in a song. Example of Pitbull Syndrome(There's no warning that he's going to start rapping, all of a sudden you hear his raspy voice): Usher, don't lie! Hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil, Get it baby? Hope you catch that like T.O., that's how we roll, My life is a movie, you just Tivo.
