A Pienaar - someone who has a magical power of persuasion that convinces those around him to willingly do all the work while he basks in the glory. A Pienaar has an over-rated charm, that can sometimes be used for bad, but mostly is used for the good of his own ego and success. Being in a Pienaar's good graces, means a steady flow of fun and laughs. Dark side is yet to be detected, but a wicked sense of humour keeps those around him on edge and enthralled. A Pienaar has an uncanny ability to spot talent and attract the most pleasant of personalities (often refered to as "Lorys"). Holy Cow, when I ordered the mug I mistakenly googled flenching instead of fetching! My wife and German Shepard compete in AKC canine agility competition and our German Shepherd won the fetching competition.
