A phoebe is a girl usually with long hair. She has a very strong personality and sticks up for what she believes in. A Phoebe loves all animals but particularly cats. A Phoebe finds their soul mate a young age at gets mad ( jealous) if anyone goes near him. No matter what happens in their relationship she will fight for her man, even if they aren’t truly dating yet. Phoebes don’t like little kids, and would hate to have siblings.
