A man who either thinks squeezing a woman's vulva is acceptable because he's a star and she'll let him do it or doesn't care how socially unacceptable, illegal or painful the act is and will do it anyway in order to establish dominance and prove just how big his hands are. Not the type of man who makes particularly good decisions, especially when making decisions regarding who should make decisions for him and the country he's somehow in charge of.
