Keep trying new things to discover things you enjoy. 2. Increase Novelty in content consumption 3. Decrease Quantity and Increase Quality in content consumption. 4. Use the compass of discomfort to challenge yourself. 5. Push yourself to be creative even if its hard. 6. Say yes to more opportunities; make life interesting. 7. Take more calculated risks. I was really excited to receive this mug and when it did come it was perfect quality. My only complaint is that the color I choose was green teal but it came in yellow.
