There are 2 pronunciations of OwO 1 being "ooh-woo", the other being "oh-whoa" 1: OwO is to this day an ongoing furry meme, meaning something caught your attention usually followed by some form of "What's this?" and sometimes after that "*notices*" then something to finish it off, often something lewd. There are however other variations, and here are a few different variations! 2: UwU {Relaxation and/or satisfied pleasure.} Generally furries (and weeaboos) use this, for furries it's like I said but alot seem to use it for erp. {erotic role play} Weeaboos however use it as an expression of not being what society considers to be normal. 3: ^w^ {excitement.} If you know the clip of songebob saying "I'm ready!" it's basically that. 4: @w@ {I know where you live}Used by furries as a semi-playful threat. If you're a weeaboo who uses UwU there WILL be furry trash criticizing you and/or mocking you. Mostly fake threats using this. 5: ;3 {*wink*} Furries use this to wink, but it's actually used more by weeaboos, and they usually use this correctly. 6: :3 {stares/wat} Most people who use this spell what as wat and wut, generally as a reaction. 7: 0w0 {what's this?} As far as I know this is mainly used by furry trash who don't what to give someone a bad impression of the furry fandom, so they tend to be less AD and don't tend to add something lewd after. 8: There are also avian variations of everything listed, OvO 0v0 ;> etc.
