Othinus

Othinus is billion-something year old witch that looks like a 14yo but retains the charm and maturity of an older woman. She's perfection incarnate. A truly desirable woman if she was not 15cm tall. She is the main bitch of Kamijou Touma, the protagonist of To aru Majutsu no Index. Together they have the absolute best dynamic in the entire series. They are understanders to one another and if one were to die the other would change their nature radically. She has long, wavy blond hair. She's seen dressed in a revealing outfit, a low-cut neck line that goes down below her navel. "Don't look so surprised at everything I do. Aren't you supposed to understand me?" Othinus is currently serving punishment for her crime against the world, except not really cause she's always with her understander but slowly she starts to gain some appreciation for others even if hard to notice at the moment. Hopefully something Kamachi-sensei does something with the whole Kamijou forgiving her for billions of years of torture thing. Othinus is who the Norse myths of Odin are based on, every single time she acts it's delightful to read about. The most kino character on-screen at points for her snarky all-knowing attitude. Her arcs GREMLIN arc and Magic God Othinus arc were m'lady's peak but she continues being useful even as a punished fairy. She even has an eye-patch like Big Boss.
