A drunken skateboarder, usually over 30, but occasionally younger who hails from Oregon, the skatepark capital of the world. Know the Oregoon by their standard attire, which consists of a heavy metal t-shirt, quilted flannel, holey jeans, filthy mesh-hat, blown-out sneakers, three-day stubble, proliferous tattoos, and surgically-attached beer can. During the brief periods the oregoon is not skateboarding at an extremely rapid pace, they will be smoking grass, muttering under their breath, wishing you'd go home, and deciding whether or not to kick the living shit out of you.
