Nycto = Night or or the dark Achulo = Darkness Phasmo = Ghost/Spirits/paranormal Eisotro = Mirrored/Mirror Image This phobia is usual ends up causing depression, anxiety, Insomnia, exhaustion, hallucinations, dizziness, psychosis, schizophrenia and other psychological issues This Phobia can be treated by CBT cognitive behavioural therapy and other behavioural Therapy sessions. Other methods can include covering Mirrors or other reflective objects with a curtain or thick blankets. If in worse cases remove all mirrors or other reflective surfaces from your home/the property. If needed Keep lights on during sleep hours. As this can help reducing anxiety or possibly stop the phobia symptoms all together.
