NightRunner

Someone who roams the streets with his/her car late at night at higher speeds that picks up chicks and friends from the club or delivers stuff to customers, usually for less cash than cab drivers. They're still awake at around 3-5 am, reliable and sometimes broke, thus receiving pretty frequent calls on weekends and have a good rep around their friends. (Wannabe) Street racers often mistake a NightRunner's fast pace as a challenge to race them. Instead, NR's don't care about actual racing and just enjoy driving/working at night. When they get pissed off however, they can become pretty reckless drivers, thus often leaving racers in the dust and sometimes run into trouble with the police. Therefore, they're often referred to as Ghosts , Takumis or other beings because of their ignorant and somehow selfish but unpredictable behaviour and peerless, sinister presence.
