usually a 'muffin' is someone who looks like they're dipping (i.e., they have their tongue pushing out the lower lip region by the gum), and is incapable of independent thought. muffin food is different entirely, and, afaict not remotely like what you lot call muffins. delicious often. then there's tasty muffin -- nice arse. also frequently delicious.
