You know how companies with a lot of middle management care less about the individuals? Disney is almost all middle management. Like a Klingon ship you can only be promoted by killing the career of the person above you. They do not however discriminate against any race, creed, color, or sexual orientation. Employees are all equally disposable. As their slogan says, and I paraphrase "Exploiting creativity through diversity."
