Present Socialist President of the Government of the Principate of Catalonia. He is the first xarnego to be president in the modern history of the Generalitat, and he is still having lessons to improve his weak catalan. He represents the most anti-catalanist section of the PSC-PSOE. He is also said to be unsimpathethic, fool, ignorant and slow-thinking.
